PMP Accounting is a vibrant and proactive boutique accounting firm located in Malvern. With over 30 years’ experience across a wide range of industries, we cover all aspects of taxation and business accounting. Our story begins in 2001 when Peter Pepicelli became partner at Veale Partners. Peter was a partner there for over 20 years where he grew his client base and structured a team that shared his vision. In April 2022, Peter branched out and formed PMP Accounting - a firm that supports a broad client base of individuals, businesses, legal, medical and other professionals, property developers, investors and superannuation funds.
Our determined and capable team with their depth and breadth of knowledge and experience specialises in growing small and medium sized businesses, while also helping individuals with their personal taxation needs. We work alongside our clients, recognising that each client is unique, as are the opportunities and challenges they face. We take the time to understand our clients and work with them to tailor unique solutions and advice to meet their individual needs and goals. Exceptional personalised service is our main focus, as is building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Peter Pepicelli Principal
Peter Marc Pepicelli is the proud principal of PMP Accounting. Peter has over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting and taxation, which together with his valued team has formed the foundation of PMP Accounting. Peter is passionate about getting the best possible outcome for clients, which led to the firm’s mantra Our passion, your progress.
His mission is to provide efficient, effective and timely solutions whilst building valued partnerships with clients. Through his vast knowledge of complex business and tax structures, he is committed to the provision of quality advice which will help clients achieve their goals.
Peter understands there are many steps and stages clients go through in their life’s journey, whether they are running a business or as an individual and he is humbled by joining clients on their journey. Peter is passionate about helping clients reach the next level. Peter is confident that the trust clients place in PMP Accounting will be the fuel behind client progress and success.
Peter graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). Peter is a Registered Tax Agent. He holds membership of both CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Away from work, Peter enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially dining out with his wife and two adult children. He also dreams of owning a red Ferrari (even though it would not be a sensible purchase from an accountant’s perspective).
Sandra Wu (nee Cheah) Associate/Business Services Manager
Sandra has worked in the accounting profession for over 30 years and brings to PMP Accounting a vast wealth of experience and knowledge in all areas of taxation, superannuation and accounting. Sandra has worked with Peter for over seven years and works in a senior management role as an Associate within the firm.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with a major in Accounting from Monash University. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand with a Public Practice Certificate, a Registered Tax Agent, a Financial Adviser and an Authorised Representative of SMSF Advisers Network. Her qualifications allow her to provide financial advice and assist clients in superannuation funds, alongside with taxation planning and accounting support. Sandra is also a member of the Waverley CPA Discussion Group, assisting her to keep abreast of technical developments and network with peers.
Sandra specialises in providing advice to small and medium business enterprises as well as larger and more complex businesses in a broad range of industries including professionals, construction, property development, hospitality and high net worth investors. Her bilingual skills have also enabled her to assist international clients from Asia. Sandra enjoys assisting clients with their taxation, superannuation, accounting and business requirements and thrives on developing successful long-term relationships.
Sandra is a passionate accountant. She is a valued mentor to the accounting team. Sandra believes in balance in all aspects of her life… not just the Balance Sheet.
Doris An Client Services Manager
Doris is a senior accountant with extensive experience in accounting and taxation matters. As a Client Services Manager, Doris ensures that clients receive timely and efficient service. Her mission is simple: to make clients’ lives as easy as possible.
Doris provides taxation compliance, accounting and business advice for small to medium enterprises. She has experience with many different business structures, including family groups and companies and enjoys training clients on accounting programs such as MYOB and Xero. Doris has a passion for business development and likes to work alongside clients as an integral part of their trusted team of advisers.
The most rewarding experience Doris has had in her career to date is the gratitude received from clients for helping them through the COVID-19 crisis. The time and effort spent in explaining government grants and helping clients with applications was greatly appreciated.
Doris holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Monash University and is CPA qualified.
In her free time, Doris enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeps busy enjoying new experiences with her young family. She has a penchant for travel and looks forward to seeing the world.
Dexter Lim Accountant
Dexter is a driven and hard-working and committed team member who has progressed as a valued accountant in a short period of time. His areas of interest include income tax, Capital Gains Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax and superannuation.
Dexter’s positive and personable nature allows him to cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients alike; he is well known around the office for his bad jokes.
Dexter is technologically savvy and is the firm’s expert trainer for clients in all aspects of accounting software. A quick learner, positive mind, confident and extroverted; Dexter is efficient and highly regarded.
Dexter’s professional qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Deakin University. Dexter recently completed his CA studies and will soon become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Dexter is a team player both in the workplace and on the sports field. He enjoys being part of both basketball and volleyball teams. Dexter’s passion also extends to his love of good food and a lot of it!
Meiyue Zhang Graduate Accountant
Meiyue Zhang is our ‘new kid on the block’ our Graduate Accountant and an absolute team player. Known for her can-do attitude, nothing is ever “too hard”, if there’s a problem to solve, she’s already onto it (usually with a smile).
Meiyue supports the team across a broad range of bookkeeping, accounting and compliance tasks, bringing enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn everything she can. Whether it’s tackling new challenges, jumping in to help a colleague or calmly working through the details, Meiyue approaches every task with energy and commitment. Reliable, approachable and always ready to lend a hand, she’s quickly become a valued part of the team and proof that great things come from a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Outside the office, Meiyue’s interests include shopping, travel and social media – skills which conveniently translate into trend awareness, organisation and knowing where to find the best things (and the best places).
Rosanna Messina Practice Manager
In her role as Practice Manager, Rosanna is a driving force to ensure the firm achieves its business objectives. Rosanna manages the day-to-day operations of the practice and is responsible for business and strategic planning processes and policies in an environment of increasing regulation and ongoing change. Rosanna is responsible for all human resources matters, including recruitment and ensuring the general wellbeing of all team members.
Together with the admin team, Rosanna supports the accountants to ensure that internal processes are in place and clients are serviced beyond expectation.
Rosanna has worked hand in hand with Peter for over 20 years in her role as Practice Manager at Veale Partners and was instrumental in assisting Peter with the establishment of PMP Accounting.
Rosanna comes from an education background; she holds a Bachelor of Education (Secondary), where she majored in Business Studies subjects. Rosanna is passionate about people and having team members develop to their fullest potential.
In her free time, Rosanna enjoys shopping and dining out with family and friends.
Lucy Pepicelli Corporate Affairs Officer
Lucy is the Corporate Affairs Officer at PMP Accounting, overseeing corporate governance, ASIC compliance and regulatory reporting. She ensures all statutory obligations are met, registers are maintained and regulatory communications run smoothly, keeping the firm well-organised and compliant.
Working in the office also has its perks; Lucy is married to Peter Pepicelli, which means her role comes with the added bonus of spending time with her husband during the workday (and yes, they still keep things professional). The relationship is openly disclosed and managed in line with the firm’s governance and conflict-of-interest policies.
Known for her attention to detail and calm, practical approach, Lucy plays an important role in supporting the firm’s commitment to transparency, integrity and good governance.
Lucy enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grown up children.
Rasana Khadka Accountants Assistant/Administration
Rasana is a motivated and skilled professional with more than three years of experience in the accounting/administration field. She is an office all-rounder, who is responsible for collating and lodging tax returns, data base management, preparing correspondence and file preparation for our busy accountants.
Rasana is an invaluable part of the PMP Accounting team as she basically finishes everything everyone starts and prepares the packages received by clients be it in paper or electronic form.
She is highly organised, detail-orientated, competent and enthusiastic about providing high level support and is able to complete any task given to her. She thrives working in our busy office environment and is capable of staying calm in high pressure situations.
Outside of work, Rasana enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
Silvia Ricci Client Services Coordinator/Administration
Silvia is a very experienced member of the PMP Accounting team. She brings to the role a wealth of experience, having worked at Veale Partners for over 30 years where she developed strong personal relationships with a number of our clients. Silvia has worked with Peter for over 20 years and her knowledge of PMP’s clients is both extensive and invaluable. Her personable nature makes her an excellent first point-of-contact.
Silvia is a warm, enthusiastic and highly committed individual who has a genuine care for clients and co-workers alike. Silvia provides integral support to the accounting team; she undertakes all the administrative functions of the accounting work, enabling the accountants to be more efficient to better service our clients. She also acts as a point of contact between clients, accountants and external bodies including the Australian Taxation Office.
Silvia is committed to client service and maintaining long standing and trusted relationships with clients.
Silvia enjoys spending time with family and friends, musical theatre and cooking.
